Once you have contacted Coach Sullivan and verified your intention to sign up for this club you will need to go to the following website to register for USATF Individual Membership. The cost is $20.00 per year. If you are here to renew wait until after November 1st.

Step 1. Go to this website http://www.usatf.org/Products---Services/Individual-Memberships.aspx
Step 2. Go to Products/Services - on the top of the page
Step 3. Click - Individual Membership
Step 4. Click - Register or renew online
Step 5. Read the NOTICE 
Step 6. Fill out the New Membership Information

Under sports codes click Track Events and Field Events
Under USATF-Registered Club - our Club Number is 330
Under Membership Categories put Athlete

Step 7. Membership Years choose 1 Year
Step 8. Click - Next
Step 9 . Fill out Payment Information
Step 10.Fill out Application signature/Parent Signature
Step 11.Click - Submit Application



After a few minutes you should get an email response with a Confirmation Page.

Email a copy to Coach Sullivan at joesully@cox.net or Print 2 Copies of this CONFIRMATION PAGE - One For you and One your coach. YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF THE CONFIRMATION PAGE to your Coach the first day of practice.
