If you are here to Sign up for Session I or Session II of the Heat Stroke Pole Vault Club the first thing you can do is email Coach Sullivan in advance. We are limited 24 Pole Vaulters for the For Session I and 33 Pole Vaulters for the Second II. Last year we had to turn away 7 people.

 

 

Also, contacting us in advance will allow us to know how many athletes intend to sign up for the club therefore we may or may not need to hire more Coaches. The next thing you MUST do is go to the PARENT SIGN UP

Meeting and fill out the paperwork necessary to join the club.

2015 - IMPORTANT DATES

 

PARENT/ATHLETE SIGN-UP MEETING - November 4th - Wednesday- 6:30pm
At the Mountain View H.S. Track - a Parent must be present.

Start date: November 10th

End: February 6th

All Practices are at Mountain View H.S. Tuesday-Thursdays from 3:30pm-6:00pm unless notified (Saturdays TBA).

 

Cost:

$20.00 USATF Registration fee

$300.00 Pole Vaulting Practice = 28 practices

$150.00 Olympic Weight Lifting = 22 practices

$160 Beginner Pole vaulters = 14 practices
